Years in Office
Kevin served five terms (ten years) in the Oregon House of Representatives. His committee assignments included the Labor Committee and Judiciary Committee, as well as the Joint Committee on Ways and Means. He was chairman of the House Judiciary Committee on Criminal Law and served two terms on the Oregon Emergency Board.
